Instead of natural fibres, we use resin flat wicker made from polyethylene to capture the beauty of wickerwork. The material is durable, weather-resistant, and every batch is first laboratory-tested for tensile strength and UV protection properties before they are woven.

Joints in metalwork items are securely welded together with precision using robotic machines to eliminate human error. To ensure safety and durability, we use only high quality solder for the process.

Multiple resin injection machines are used at the same time to ensure that large quantity orders will be fulfilled timely and efficiently.

Our machines are precision-cut, carve and auto-shapes raw materials into furniture components. We have a kiln dry facility, so that moisture content of the wood is controlled to ensure its durability.

ROTARY MOULDING
This is no-wastage manufacturing process. High-temperature melted plastic is poured into heated moulds which rotate to equally dispense the plastic to produce hollow one-piece plastic items which are seamless, durable, recyclable, and weather resistant.

Choose from an extensive range of colours and upholstery that include eco-friendly materials, recycled products, water-resistant fabrics, and fire-retardant (FR) fabrics which abide by strict international FR standards.
FINISHING
FINISHING
The finishing process for wooden furniture involves meticulous sanding for smoothness, followed by staining to enhance color and protection. Curing ensures durability, and powder coating provides a resilient finish.

We rigorously test all our products in our SGS commissioned testing lab. Stringent QC procedures in our ISO-certified factories ensure quality of finished products.
